How Psychogenic Ailments are Caused by Negative Emotions & How You can Manage Your Emotions for Better Health

Brief Description of Talk:
Our thoughts affect how we feel and our feelings determine our actions and reactions. When we have positive feelings, we feel good not only mentally and emotionally but also physically. Our physical health is very much related to how we feel. Negative feelings create stress in the body, which in the long run creates disease in the body. All feelings are basically good as they are signals as to what is happening in the body, so if we understand how we feel and manage our feelings, we can prevent ourselves from illnesses that are psychogenic in nature.
